Small family business with a lifetime of knowledge and experience with the following animals.

1969 Acquired a German Shepherd puppy and he was trained by myself and lived to the age of 13 years.

I started riding at an early age of 5 years with the family ponies and later going onto thoroughbreds ,Welsh Cobs, and New Forest. Many years experience of riding to include jumping,dressage and BHS long distance rides and charity sponsored rides.

1981 aged 25 broke in my first horse, going on to others later.

1982 started showing youngsters at local shows.

1985 Won local Native Championship show for best Welsh cob Native breed.

1987 GB Pony Riders UK Championship Show received 2nd place with our own Native pony.

plus many more before retiring from riding due to a head injury no connection with the riding.

Over the years have had Border Collies,German Shepherds,Tame Rats,Rabbits,Hamsters,Gerbils,Horses,Ponies,Cats,Jackdaws and Birds/Birds of prey and fish. Some pedigree dogs but we later realised that we could home rescue dogs instead and found them much more rewarding.

1971 - December 2006 worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Main occupation Civil Servant with High Level Security.

2007 - April received the Imperial Service Medal in the 2007 Queens Birthday Honours List.

2007 - Started Attwellsanimalsathome.co.uk pet sitting business.
